Your yoga teacher & climbing guide

Anina Jud

Raised at the gateway to the Glarus mountains, she carries a deep connection to nature within her. Being outdoors – whether hiking, climbing, or ski touring – gives her a sense of peace, strength, and grounding. Nature continually invites her to slow down mindfully and also shapes her sustainable way of life. As a certified hiking guide and climbing instructor, she is passionate about sharing this connection through her offerings.

Her yoga journey began in 2010 with a physically focused practice and gradually led her into deeper dimensions of yoga. For her, yoga is far more than movement – it is a way of life, a path of inner alignment, and a remembering of what truly matters. Through her offerings, she creates spaces for mindfulness, presence, and the cultivation of life energy, prana. She sees yoga as a journey toward greater inner peace and as a practice that continually invites us to focus less on the destination and more on the path itself.

Rolf Bäbler

Rolf is an IFMGA mountain guide, climbing instructor, and coach from the Glarus region of Switzerland. Whether it’s climbing trips, alpine tours, expeditions, mental training, or meditation – there is little that Rolf hasn’t explored and experienced.

Thanks to his broad background, he can support you in many different aspects and disciplines of climbing. Whether it’s technique, tactics, or the mental side of climbing, his extensive knowledge allows him to find the right solution for every situation while always remaining calm and grounded. His passion for climbing still burns strongly today – moving away from performance pressure and toward the awareness and experience of climbing flow. Rolf can support you in discovering a new and more mindful way of experiencing climbing.
