Our nature walks take us to clear springs, enchanting waterfalls, and green grottos in unspoiled nature at the foothills of the Učka & Ćićarija mountains.
At the edge of the national park, earth, sun, wind, and water have created a gigantic canyon in the Istrian karst over millions of years.
The deceleration of this type of travel and the reduction of everyday stimuli strengthen your intuition and open your consciousness to a more holistic perception, allowing you to feel the different energies of the places and recognize their messages and reflections.
Various meditation practices, breathing, mindfulness, and perception exercises, drum journeys, and nature rituals allow your mind to travel to other worlds and connect you deeply with the energy of nature's power places and their beings.
We share our impressions with each other in group circles.
Our starting point is the beautiful Istrian stone house of Mountain Lodge Istria, which has been created and is run with a lot of passion.

Our Stone Lodge II has been newly renovated and furnished with great attention to tradition and originality. It is located in the midst of the breathtaking landscape of the picturesque village of Kompanj in Istria.
The gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze and the chorus of birds create a symphony of tranquility that peacefully embraces this idyllic mountain experience.
4 bedrooms (2+2+4; sleeps 8), 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen-diner, a seminar, yoga, or lounge room.
Delicious vegetarian meals are prepared for you daily (breakfast, snacks, dinner). Vegan options are available on request.

The 50 m² room with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows is the heart of Mountain Lodge Istria and is available for our group work and for sitting together.
The view of the surrounding Istrian countryside calms the mind and invites you to chill out.
From here, you can watch the climbers on the rocks of Kompanj.

Birgit Munsa
My life journey has taken me on numerous trips and engagements around the world and through in-depth training and experiences (including traditional shamanism, human and animal energetics, geomancy), allowing me to grow into a guardian and ambassador of ancient knowledge.
Nature itself—the elements, plants, animals, and stones—teach me constantly.
From my many years of work in the tourism sector and as a management assistant, I bring a wealth of experience in organizing and conducting seminars and trips, as well as in developing and implementing constructive solutions.
Development and transitions
I am very happy and grateful to be able to accompany and support people in development and transition processes on their life journey in a natural and spiritual way.
