Mountain Lodge Istria is located in the mountains of the beautiful Istrian peninsula.
It is run by two climbers Ines Papert and Luka Lindič. Inspired by their original experiences on numerous expeditions, the two mountaineers decided to renovate two old stone houses with their own hands and create a place of community for climbers from all over the world.
Mountain Lodge Istria offers guests the unique opportunity to explore the Istrian peninsula and get to know the Croatian culture. This includes experiencing the authentic way of life for yourself, for example with the wood stove used for heating and cooking or the barbecue area on the sun terrace.

About Us
During our expeditions to the most remote places on earth we often lived in simple, authentic accommodations together with our hosts. The original life has shaped our character and made grow the desire to one day be allowed to receive guests myself in a traditional house.
With Mountain Lodge Istria we have fulfilled this wish. With a lot of heart and soul we have breathed new life into two former farmhouses. Through carefully selected, natural materials we were able to create a friendly living environment with a cozy atmosphere. The many hours we spent on the smallest details will surprise even lovers of aesthetics.
