General Terms and Conditions for the Mountain Lodge Istria

1. subject matter of the contract

Mountain Lodge Istria offers vacation accommodation and outdoor activities for vacationers, companies and groups. These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Mountain Lodge Istria and its guests.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract between Mountain Lodge Istria and the guest is concluded by the written booking confirmation or by the acceptance of the booking by e-mail.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 120 days before arrival.
120 to 90 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount of the accommodation.
90 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount of the accommodation.
30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the accommodation.
7 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount of the accommodation.

4. minimum stay and discounts

The minimum stay is 5 nights. From the 8th night we grant a discount of 10%. From the 11th night the discount is 20%.

5. high season

Special conditions apply in high season:

High season periods: December 21 to January 8, May 15 to September 15.

6. Applicable law

The contractual relationship between Mountain Lodge Istria and the guest is governed exclusively by Croatian law.

7. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between Mountain Lodge Istria and the guest is the competent court at the registered office of Mountain Lodge Istria, provided that the guest is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law or has no general place of jurisdiction in Croatia.

8. severability clause

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.

These General Terms and Conditions are valid from [date of publication] and may be amended by Mountain Lodge Istria at any time. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.
